Energy Healing
Energy Healing
I started with Reiki back in 2018, and it has since become my signature: a multidimensional healing session, and one of my greatest passions.
An activation of your body's natural ability to heal. Everything is exactly as it needs to be.
When you let go of what you are, you become who you are.
— Laura
Where this comes from
Healers have always existed, in many forms and in many cultures, long before it ever had a name. What I do moves between time and space — sometimes a session touches something that isn't only yours, but something you carried with you from those who came before you.
My own roots lie partly in Asia, where this kind of work never felt foreign — rather, it felt self-evident. Only when I began travelling did I realise this — and it felt like coming home.
How it works
What a session looks like
- 01
Arriving
We start with a cup of tea and a short conversation. You share what you're bringing in — nothing has to be figured out. Often, that's already the moment your system begins to soften.
- 02
On the table
You lie fully clothed on the treatment table, warmly tucked in. I work with a combination of Reiki and intuitive touch — my hands rest gently on or just above your body.
- 03
Letting go
You don't have to do anything. Your nervous system does the work. Most people drop deep — sometimes into sleep, sometimes into a quiet, awake stillness.
- 04
Landing
We close with a card reading and space to land before you step back out into your day.
For you
Who this is for
- You are so much more than your physical body — there is an energetic field around you too.
- Sometimes you don't even consciously know what you're still carrying, yet you feel tired, sleep badly, or find it hard to let go.
- For more connection with your intuition instead of your head.
- This is for when words fall short and you're ready to release rather than explain.

What clients say
“Every Energy Healing session with Laura is different. It's incredible what comes up each time. Wonderful and so valuable.”
“As soon as Laura begins, it feels like everything is allowed to be there. Her experience, warmth and humor make me feel right at home every time: welcome, seen and completely at ease. So nice!”
“It felt like Laura woke my body up while I was asleep. I felt less full inside afterward, and more emotionally balanced. As if I could really feel my body better and was more in touch with it.”
“I didn't know this was exactly what I needed. I felt more connected to myself than I have in a long time — emotions came up that I didn't even know were still there.”
