Six years ago, my manager sent me home. When I walked through my front door, my body stopped. I couldn't move.

That was the beginning.

I had spent years in overdrive. Giving everything — to work, to others, to a life that looked right from the outside. I was good at it. But I had completely lost the thread back to myself.

No boundaries. Thinking I had them.

My body answered that question for me.

There was no roadmap for what came next. So I made my own.

Night walks. Podcasts. My divorce. And slowly — things that were just mine.

That's when I found palm reading in Amsterdam.

Looking at my own hands was the first time in years I recognised myself. Not my future. Me. Clear, practical, no complicated schemes. Just one look — and something essential became visible.

That recognition became the foundation of everything I do now.

Today I work with women standing where I once stood. Smart, capable women who have given everything — and are now asking: who am I now?

I know that question from the inside.
